This contract is to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced property management agency/consultant who would provide Property Leasing & Management Services to Council's Property Department. The successful tenderer will be appointed to manage Council's comprehensive commercial property portfolio and other property assets.

The services and the extent of the engagement to be provided as per the Contract is for a period of 24 months, commencing 1 July 2025 and terminating on 30 June 2027. The term may be extended if the Council so desires for up to two (2) further periods each of two (2) years commencing from the expiry of the previous term.
