DEWR is seeking a supplier to conduct a maturity assessment of its Security Operations Centre (SOC):

• using a recognised maturity model/framework that could potentially be used for internal self-assessment in future
• involving interviews or workshops with stakeholders within and external to the SOC.

The aim of this engagement is to provide independent validation of areas of strength and priorities for capability improvement.

DEWR is also seeking assistance to develop a cyber threat intelligence (CTI) requirements document. The developed requirements will underpin the team’s CTI program, processes, and platforms.

The key deliverables of the engagement will be:

• SOC Maturity Assessment Report
• CTI Requirements Document
