The Forest Products Commission is seeking submissions from suitably qualified businesses capable of creating basic raw materials (BRM) or providing alternative methods for stabilising road surfaces. The Commission has specified the end products required, however is open to a wide range of solutions, both traditional and innovative, that can meet these objectives.

Please note this Request is not for road construction and/or maintenance services.

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at Level 2, 61 Victoria Street, Bunbury on 11 Mar, 2025 10:00 AM.

There will be a non-mandatory briefing conducted to outline and clarify the basis and details of the proposed contractual framework and to discuss various operational requirements. The briefing provides an opportunity for potential Respondents to ask questions and seek clarity on the Request documents.

While non-mandatory, the Commission highly recommends that potential respondents attend to ensure optimal awareness of the services considered under this Request.

Location: The briefing to Respondents will be conducted at the Forest Products Commission’s Bunbury office, located at Level 2/61 Victoria Street, Bunbury WA 6230, and online via Microsoft Teams.
