The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (the Principal) are seeking Quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake remediation works to the East Augusta Jetty, East Augusta, in line with the scope provided.

The East Augusta Jetty (Jetty 1762) is located on the banks of the Blackwood River, opposite Tattersall Street in East Augusta.

The Principal requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to prepare a certified engineer design and install an additional two piles to finger jetties as detailed in the scope. Piling is to be placed at the end of each finger jetty on either side for lateral restraints with suitable bracing.

A non-mandatory site meeting will be held at 11.00 am (AWST) Tuesday, 4 March 2025.

The site works are required to reach completion by 30 June 2025.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Quotes close at 10.00am (AWST) Wednesday, 19 March 2025 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Shire of Augusta Margaret River is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quote or all or any part of a Quote and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quote process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Shire of Augusta Margaret River staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.

Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
