Cumberland City Council has been delivering upgrades to playground and recreational spaces across Cumberland, making it easier for families to connect, play and stay active.

The upgrades are designed to meet the needs of the growing Cumberland community and offer modern and accessible playgrounds for all people of all ages and abilities to support their physical health and wellbeing.

Council is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Construction of Granville Park Playspace. The proposed playspace is to replace the existing Laurie Ferguson Splash Park and associated structures which are located on the East side of Montrose Avenue, between Merrylands Road and Montrose Avenue and Claremont Street. The work include the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour and supervision to complete the project.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
