Tender Description
Cumberland City Council (Principal) is seeking an experienced and capable sports surfacing company with the capacity to construct and install a civil engineering solution and a specified sports performance surface to meet International Federation performance standards.
The project includes:
- Design Finalisation and Construction of all works
- Conversion of one (1) natural grass field to synthetic football sports turf field
- Upgrade two (2) natural turf fields with options for drainage and irrigation
- Construction of a new multi-sports court
- Construction of new pathways around the Parkland connecting fields and creating an exercise pathway
- Installation of new LED Sports Lights
- Installation of new ancillary equipment, including fencing, picnic tables, and sports equipment
- Civil engineered works, including pavement, drainage, and pathways for a 30+ year solution
The successful Contractor will be a recognised manufacturer or FIFA Licensee or FIFA Preferred Producer.
The successful Contractor will be responsible for site management and project initiation from the specified date until handover.
