Cairns Regional Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Respondents for competitive pricing relating to Corporate Travel Services.

The required services may include arranging flights (domestic and international), travel insurance, car hire, bus or train travel and accommodation for the Mayor, Councillors and staff (including arrangements for late check-out or early check ins). It should be noted that some travel requirements may include remote locations rather than high traffic routes.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
