Background:

Headspace Centres serve as comprehensive hubs for young people with mental health and wellbeing concerns. They provide access to youth-friendly health professionals in a safe, confidential, and youth-oriented environment. Centres also play an active role in raising awareness and understanding of youth mental health issues in their communities through their community awareness programs.
