Tender Description
The ICT & IM directorate is responsible for the delivery and oversight of IT applications, information management services, and infrastructure support across the Department. Currently, service requests are submitted through multiple channels (such as emails and phone calls) and managed by various teams using different tools and processes. This lack of consistency creates inefficiencies and challenges in tracking and managing requests.
Accordingly, the department has identified a need for a comprehensive ITSM solution, and this procurement seeks to formalise its implementation for long-term use within DCP.
