Tasman Council is seeking proposals for an internal audit process. We are looking for experienced and qualified firms or professionals to conduct a comprehensive internal audit. The scope of the audit will cover financial processes, risk management, compliance, and operational effectiveness, all in line with the Council's Strategic Risk Register.

Key deliverables will include a detailed audit plan, execution of the audit procedures, identification of control weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement. This plan should span 3 years. The selected firm or professional will be expected to provide a thorough and objective assessment of our internal controls and processes.
