The Territory is seeking a Turn-Key solution for the supply of up to four (4) I-Zone vehicles used by ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R).

The primary capability of the I-Zone appliances is the mobile and rapid pre-treatment of community assets located in ACT Urban Interface areas, via the application of a Compressed Air Foam (CAF) blanket to improve the survivability of structures and critical infrastructure prior to, during and post ember attack and the impending fire front impact.

Scope

The Contractor is required to design, manufacture, and deliver up to four (4) Vehicles as part of the ACTF&R ongoing fleet upgrade program (the Services).

The Services required include:

a) design the Vehicles according to the Territory Requirements including:

i. design of the vehicles 

ii. Work Health and Safety  and;

iii. vehicle order 

b) manufacture the Vehicles according to the Territory Requirements including:

i. manufacture of the Vehicles

ii. vehicle compliance ; and

iii. acceptance testing of the Vehicles

c) provide all required support services including:

i. training 

ii. spare parts and maintenance 

iii. warranty ; and

iv. ongoing support.

d) undertake all tasks in the stages of delivery of the Services including:

i. providing all delivery ; and

ii. attending all meetings as required
