Suicide Prevention - Early Intervention

The Western Sydney Primary Health Network (WSPHN) is inviting your organisation to submit a response to a Suicide Prevention – Early Intervention RFT in Western Sydney. Respondents are required to submit a RFT response, addressing the evaluation criteria using the Returnable Schedule (Attachment E) attached to this document. We welcome applications from grassroots and community-led groups, social enterprises, and organisations working in equitable partnership with the community as long as they can meet the key criteria listed in the RFT.
