Scope of Work
• Roof Replacement: Remove and replace the metal roof covering as highlighted in photograph P1. The replacement must match the damaged roof profile and finish.
• Flashings and Wall Linings: Remove and replace apron flashings and parapet wall linings as required for roof sheet replacement.
• Roof Sarking Installation: Install roof sarking in compliance with AS4200.1.
• Roof Safety Mesh Installation: Install safety mesh as per AS4389:2015.
• Roof Access Points: Roof access points should be installed and certified.
• Metal Cladding Replacement: Remove and replace metal cladding on the elevations of the hall, as highlighted in photograph P1.
• Insulation Replacement: Replace damaged insulation for the roof-mounted evaporative air-conditioning unit pipes.
• Conduit Replacement: Remove and replace damaged PVC conduit servicing roof-mounted air-conditioning units.
• Gutters and down Pipes: Remove and replace the gutters and down pipes with larger capacity. The down Pipes must be connected to the original location.
• Air-conditioning Plant: Remove and Reinstall the roof mounted air-conditioning units.
• Vent Cap Installation: Install a new cap for the 100mm PVC vent pipe on the higher roof area.
