NCC is seeking to replace the stormwater inlet structure adjacent to the residence at 154 Cleveland Terrace and the right of way for accessing 156 Cleveland Terrace. In severe weather events, the current structure lacks capacity and excess flow overtops the structure and travels downhill along Cleveland Terrace.

The new structure and pipeline have been designed to handle a 1/100-year event and will provide resilience for the adjacent properties and those downhill of the intake.
