Tender for Operation of Uniform Shop

Edmund Rice College is seeking proposals from suitable experienced businesses for the provision of College uniform shop services. The College currently has 1070 students in Yr7- 12 (all boys) and 120 staff.

Proposals must be received by the College by CoB on Fri 7 March 7 2025. The commencement date will be Tuesday 29 April 2025. The Contract will be for an initial 3 year period with the option of a further 3 year extension, pending a satisfactory review at the end of the initial contract period.

Selection Criteria:

• The capacity and demonstrated experience of the Tenderer in providing a similar service at other schools.
• The resources of the Tenderer to support the service, hours and period of operation.
• Tendered licence fee rates and other services under the Licence Agreement.
• Quality of any reference.
• The financial capability/stability of the Tenderer.
