Tender Description
Isaac Regional Council (Council) require a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to renovate two (2) residential properties to ensure they meet the necessary standards for occupancy and usability.
The scope of work under this contract includes, but is not limited to internal wet area upgrade, electrical and plumbing upgrades, fencing, flooring and painting.
These renovations aim to ensure the property is safe, functional and compliant, providing a suitable living space for occupants.
There is an optional site meeting on Tuesday 18 February.
