The City of Canning (Principal), in conjunction with the Cities of Melville and Fremantle, are seeking proposals in relation to the services, facilities, assets and land that is currently used for recycling, composting and associated waste management located at Bannister Road, Canning Vale, Western Australia (Site).

Specifically, this RFP presents an opportunity to

- Secure the use and ownership of the assets and related plant and equipment relating to resource recovery, processing and management of recyclable and FOGO material.

- Access lots in an ideally located industrial site that is 13 kilometres from Perth CBD.

- Provide waste management services underpinned by tonnages provided from the Cities of Canning, Melville and Fremantle, with the opportunity to engage other existing customers of the Resource Recovery Group. and / or

- Leverage existing workforce, supply contracts and vendor relationships.
