⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ):

Gold Coast Primary Health Network is an independent, not-for-profit company, one of 31 PHN's established and funded by the Australian Government.

Our company is governed by a board and has three sub committees for Governance and Risk, Finance and Audit, and Performance, Quality and Research.

We are seeking the services of a Company Secretary to perform the duties and responsibilities as required under:

- The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act),

- The Australian Not-For-Profits Act 2012 (CTH) (ACNC Act) ACNC Standards

The duties include pre-reading, preparation, resolutions, attendance at meetings and minutes for the following meetings:

- Bi monthly Board meetings

- 4 x Governance and Risk Committee Meetings

- 5 x Finance and Audit Committee Meetings

- 4 x Performance Quality and Research Committee Meetings

- 3 x Nominations committee meetings

- 1 x Company members meeting

- 1 x Special General meeting

- 1 X GCHHS Joint Board Meeting

- 1 x AGM

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the evaluation response form. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time.
