Tender Description
The South Australian Country Fire Service (SACFS) has an ongoing requirement for the delivery of Nationally Accredited Training in the operation and maintenance of chainsaws (AHCMOM213 Operate and Maintain Chainsaws) for staff and volunteers across the State. It is a mandatory requirement that all Suppliers must be an Accredited RTO, with current scope to provide AHCMOM213 Operate and Maintain Chainsaws – or equivalent – and maintain this accreditation throughout the contract term.
Additional information:
- One or more suppliers will be engaged.
- Delivery locations outside of the Adelaide Metropolitan Area will be required. Travel and associated costs are to be included in your submission.
- Potential suppliers can tender to deliver training to nominated CFS regions, other identified geographical areas or the entire State.
- Suppliers can engage subcontractors.
- Most (if not all) courses will be scheduled for Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.
- For consistency of delivery, potential suppliers will be asked to demonstrate their ability to configure their training to the CFS volunteer context. CFS will provide support and resources to facilitate this outcome.
