The purpose of this Procurement Strategy is to seek your approval to proceed with an approach to market for TechnologyOne development services for integration of asset management information system (AMIS) and financial management information system (FMIS) to ensure the ongoing alignment of asset registers.

Through the Asset Management Transformation Project, the ASC will uplift its infrastructure management maturity by implementing best practice approach to asset management in line with ISO55000 (Asset Management Standard) principles and the International Infrastructure Management Manual requirements by 2024.

A key deliverable has been to source and implement a fit for purpose asset management information system. The ASC has commenced the implementation of the Brightly cloud based system, Assetic. To ensure the ongoing alignment of the technical asset register (housed in Assetic) and the financial asset register (housed in TechOne) an integration of these systems is required to achieve an asset-to-asset single point of truth.

The ASC is seeking TechnologyOne development services for integration of asset management information system (AMIS) and financial management information system (FMIS) to ensure the ongoing alignment of asset registers.

The service provider will work in collaboration with Brightly’s development team, as well as ASC’s internal development team to achieve the required integration.

As part of this solution, data needs to be exchanged between the Assetic data management system and TechOne to ensure data about assets is synchronised between them.

The services require the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience working with asset management functions in TechOne and the data structure of TechOne.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments, ideally with Logic Apps and Function Apps specifically.

• In-depth knowledge in understanding Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with demonstrated experience in implementing REST and SOAP APIs between TechOne and other systems.

Other highly desirable skills and experience:

• Experience with data transformation and integration processes, especially to and from TechOne.

• An understanding of, or experience with, Azure Service Bus message processing.

• Experience with the Assetic asset management platform.
