Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitable companies for the provision of sanitary services for public buildings within the Bathurst Regional Council Local Government Area. Services to be provided include sharps disposal units, sanitary and nappy disposal units to over 40 buildings and facilities for two years with the option for Bathurst Regional Council to extend for a further two years.

The Tender shall be for the supply and servicing of sanitary devices which include nappy bins, baby change tables, sanitary bins with manual lids and sharps containers for various Council buildings as stated in Specification E-2, for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.

Council will reserve the right to extend the contract for an additional 24 months to 30 June 2029 by notification to the successful tenderer in writing a minimum three months prior to the completion of the initial 24 month period.
