36.00848 - Hire of ice rink & associated infrastructure for Bathurst Winter Festival

⁠⁠⁠Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the hire, supply, installation, operation & removal of an open-air ice rink and surface platform & indoor space for the Bathurst Winter Festival.

The proposed works are located on Russell Street, between William and George Streets, Bathurst.

The works will be separated into two portions:

• Portion A: Hire, supply, installation, operation and removal of an open-air ice rink.
• Portion B: Hire, supply, installation, operation and removal of a surface platform and indoor space.

Contractors may tender for individual or collective portions.

The tender shall be for the design and installation/execution of the whole of the Works, unless otherwise stated. The tender is divided into two separable portions:

Portion A:

1. Supply, installation, operation and removal of a temporary ice rink meeting all specification requirements, for a period of approximately 1 month (July) for three years.

2. Obtain and comply with Development Consent if required.

3. Liaison with other service/equipment suppliers as required.

4. Provide site works as specified by the Principal as required.

5. Dispose of all rubbish and debris.

6. Provide plant, material and labour to install/execute the works as detailed in the drawings and specifications.

Portion B:

1. Supply, installation, operation and removal of a surface platform & indoor space meeting all specification requirements, for a period of approximately 1 month (July) for three years.

2. Obtain and comply with Development Consent if required.

3. Liaison with other service/equipment suppliers as required.

4. Provide site works as specified by the Principal as required.

5. Dispose of all rubbish and debris.

6. Provide plant, material and labour to install/execute the works as detailed in the drawings and specifications
