This Request for Tender is for the provision of waste collection services across the Wollondilly local government area.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held online at 11.00am on Tuesday 18 March 2025.

It requires the following elements:

a) Kerbside collections for domestic properties (including Residual Waste, Recyclables and Garden Organics (GO)/Food and Garden Organics (FOGO));

b) Kerbside Clean Up Service;

c) Public Place Bin collection;

d) Event waste bin services and collections;

e) Supervised clean up collections;

f) Commercial waste services;

g) Provision of bins, including Mobile Garbage Bin (MGB) delivery, repair and replacement;

h) Waste data collection, management of charging information and verification processes; and

i) Customer service and call centre function with integration to Council's Salesforce and Authority systems.

This contract will be for an initial period of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract up to three (3) x twelve (12) month periods.

Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers only for the procurement of the services above. The resulting contract will be a schedule of rates arrangement.
