Tender Description
Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Design, Development, and Construct (DDC) Contractor for the Design (for the balance of the Detailed Design), Development and Construction of one new Amenity Building and Associated Works at Canton Beach Holiday Park, 1 Oleander St, Canton Beach, NSW, 2262 ('Proposed Contract').
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
