Tender Description
The Strategic Development Projects Team within the City of Salisbury is delivering a residential land development known as the Walkley’s Road Corridor. This development will comprise of over 200 dwellings which includes 96 Torrens Title Allotments, 9 Super Lots for further Community Title Subdivision and the potential for Off Plan sales – Townhouse/Packages.
Council is looking to engage a Sales and Marketing Agent to market and manage all land sales of the development.
