Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Unit 6 C-Wing Dayroom to Control Room conversion works at Hakea Prison.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition works, tiling, painting, joinery, hydraulic works, mechanical works, electrical works, fitting of internal screens and doors, and provision of furniture, fittings and necessary equipment.
Respondents must complete and submit via email the provided Confidentiality Deed Poll to tenders.wa@programmed.com.au to attain access to Annexure 1 – Scope, Specification & Drawings as part of the tender documentation.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 1170 Nicholson Road, Canning Vale at 12 Feb, 2025 1:00 PM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Hakea Prison. The location of the briefing will be 1170 Nicholson Road, Canning Vale WA 6155.
All Tenderers wishing to attend must confirm their attendance at least two days prior, providing the full names of those attending. They will be required to bring photo ID, such as a driver?s licence, on the day. Please note there are no specific PPE requirements for the site briefing.
