Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Eurobodalla Shire Council (ESC) owns and operates the Brou Waste Management Facility (WMF) located on Brou Lake Road, Bodalla. ESC is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and capable EIS Consultant to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) and manage the development application (DA) process for the expansion of the Brou WMF.

The EIS Consultant will also be required to assist the Principal (ESC) and their engaged EIS Management Consultant (GHD Pty Ltd) in keeping the community involved by way of providing requested information to be used in community consultation meetings, web updates and the like.

The successful EIS Consultant will have demonstrated capacity, technical capability and experience to produce high-quality EIS and DA documentation and oversee a complex DA process.
