PURPOSE: Liverpool Plains Shire Council requires experienced and qualified Contractors to provide all necessary staff and resources to provide Wet and Dry Plant Hire within the Liverpool Plains LGA.

TERM: This agreement will be for a period of 24 months from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 with a provision for a 12-month option.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 4 March 2025.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that Liverpool Plains Shire Council are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
