Tender Description
PURPOSE: Regional Procurement on behalf of Carrathool Shire Council (CSC), invites Expressions of Interest from experienced and qualified tradespeople/companies to provide the necessary staff and resources to carry out the proposed partial restoration of the Real Cafe at Hillston NSW 2675. Currently the following work is required.
1. Demolish Shop 4 and repurpose as toilet facilities
2. Demolish and rebuild the residence adjoining Shop 3
3. Design and construct a new awning adjoining Shops 1,2 & 3
INVITATION: Complete Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically by 10.00am 8 April 2025.
DOCUMENTS: Applicable documents can be downloaded via online forum, (see option below) until the submission close date free of charge.
SITE VISIT: Interested tradespeople/companies are asked to contact Jason Nicholson, Manager Building and Regulatory Services, Carrathool Shire Council

Respondents must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method stated at Clause 5. EOI482425CAR Information & EOI Docs.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed responses by the deadline lies solely with the applicant.
Respondents are advised that Carrathool Shire Council are not bound to accept the lowest Response or any Response submitted.
