The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) will be establishing an Across Government Contract with a panel of providers to undertake search and recruitment services for:

•  Executive Officer Recruitment
•  Statutory Board Member Recruitment
•  Industry Specific/Specialised Recruitment
•  Hard to Recruit, or Bulk Recruitment
•  Administration and Support Services

Providers selected for this panel contract may be required to undertake any or all (but not limited to) the following search and recruitment services:

• Planning
• Source and advertise
• Initial screening of candidates
• Interview and verification
• Preparing summary report
• Notify and debrief
• Reporting and documentation
• Scribing/minute taking
• Candidate testing
• Candidate history checks
• Visa and Migration support

Exclusions:

The contract will not include:

•  traditional labour hire recruitment services such as those generally provided to trade and industry businesses
•  early careers - apprentices, trainees and graduates that currently fall under D22-0144 Early Careers Recruitment Services and Workplace Support
• criminal history checks will be completed by the agency as per the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIS) requirements for Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (NCCHCs)
• decision making on final recruitment outcome. This is retained by the Agency delegate and not assigned to the Contractor
