Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake LED replacement and rectification works at various DOE Nominated Schools.
This RFT seeks to establish a Multi-Use Panel Arrangement for an LED Replacement Program. The panel formed will complete the current works, being Round 2 of the Program, consisting of 16 schools within the Perth Metropolitan area, and future works as required.
The initial package of works includes but is not limited to:
- Site audits
- Submission of audit reports including replacement recommendations
- Removal and disposal of existing light fittings
- Supply and installation of new LED fittings, which may comprise of batten lights, tubes, downlights, oyster lights, flood lights, up down wall lights, and/or bunker lights
