Alice Springs Region - Tanami Road (421 - 455 km) - Upgrade to Seal Standard

The Works are located on the Tanami Road, in the northwest of the Alice Springs Region.

Involves the upgrade to a two lane seal standard of the existing section of unsealed standard road between chainage 421 km to 455 km.

The upgrade generally involves the construction of a 9.0m sealed rural arterial road on a 10.0m formation and within the extents of the existing road alignment.

The footprint of the works activities shall be limited to the NTG owned road reserve, which is 100m in width and measured 50m either side of the centreline.
