MWG Painting Package Five Premises Meekatharra

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake internal and external painting works as part of a paint package for five properties located in Meekatharra. The works are for the following GROH premises:

Lot 558, 48 Oliver Street, Meekatharra, WA, 6642

Lot 557, 50 Oliver Street, Meekatharra, WA, 6642

Lot 556, 52 Oliver Street, Meekatharra, WA, 6642

Lot 878, 1/67 McCleary Street, Meekatharra, WA, 6642

Lot 878, 2/67 McCleary Street, Meekatharra, WA, 6642

The Premises will remain fully tenanted whilst the Works are undertaken, and the Contractor must ensure minimal inconvenience and disturbance is caused for the duration of the Contract.

The Work includes but is not limited to painting as per specifications, contractor notes, nominated color schemes. Works cover internal and external areas as per scope of works for each of the five premises.   

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
