Opportunity requirements

TfNSW requires the engagement of a Contractor to provide Commercial Advisory Services to support the development of the Final Business Case for Zero Emission Buses Greater Sydney Tranche 2.
The Contractor is to develop a Delivery Strategy to inform investment decisions and address the Key Focus Area applicable to the Delivery Strategy. These Services are part of an iterative process that seeks to continually optimise the delivery strategy for the project by considering the complexity, scale, and refinements in the scope of the project, feedback from the industry during the industry/market engagement sessions, and insights from key stakeholders and strategic advisors during review sessions.
Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed in accordance with the instructions in that deed prior to being given the password to access the Request for Tender documents.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
