Deconstruction/Salvage/Demolition of 573 Rocks Rd and 42 Seymour Ave and 537 Rocks Rd

⁠⁠⁠The August 2022 Weather Event caused significant landslides from Council owned land to private property. As part of Nelson’s Flood Recovery programme of works Nelson City Council has purchased red-stickered residential properties where remediation was not a viable option, with properties not suitable for relocation selected for deconstruction.

This procurement (Request for Tender) relates to three residential properties being tendered together as one package of work to a specialist Contractor with experience in deconstruction/demolition and/or salvage for the complete removal of dwellings from on-site in a timely manner.
