The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers of the Services about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Services. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Supplier to provide the Services.

To align with our strategic aspirations, by awarding the contract to a Contractor, the Council intends to:

 Ensure value for money for Christchurch ratepayers and the wider community by selecting the best cleaning services provider to clean Council proposed sites;

 Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the cleaning services;

 Promote diversity, acceptance, inclusiveness and access for people of all abilities;

The Council invites Prospective Suppliers to provide suggestions on how they might work with the Council to minimise costs and/or increase efficiency.
