Expressions of Interest are invited by Norfolk Island Regional Council (NIRC) from the community for the purchase of surplus vehicles: Mack Truck and Dog Trailer.

The successful tenderer must arrange the removal of the asset they have bid on and paid for within 14 days of being notified of a successful bid. Interested parties can inspect the tender items by contacting Scott Hackney at the Bicentennial Complex.

Items will be sold on a ‘as is, where is’ basis and NIRC makes no warranty or representation whatsoever as to the fitness or suitability of the items for any particular purpose or use and the purchaser(s) indemnifies NIRC for any injury, damage or otherwise caused by the item.

Applications must be submitted on the form provided in the Tender link below. Emails that include an offer in the Message Body only and not on the form will not be accepted. The form can be sent by email as an attachment to tenders@nirc.gov.nf or alternatively placed in an envelope appropriately marked and placed in the Tender Box located at Customer Care.
