This Tender/Contract is for the construction of the following in the vicinity of Wood Street, Mangawhai Heads:

1. Street scape improvement works to Wood Street from its intersection with Molesworth Drive to its intersection with Ellen Street.

2. Reconstruction and additional parking areas to the rear of the commercial buildings in Wood Street and the boundary with Fagen Place, including stormwater improvements and lighting.

3. Installation of a reticulated stormwater system for Wood from its intersection from Ellen Street to the intersection of Molesworth Drive, including the construction of a attenuation pond and outfall within the Mangawhai golf course.

4. Construction of a new pedestrian crossing point and small section of footpath on Molesworth, approximately 100m north of the intersection with Wood Street.
