Tender Description

A study to understand the impact of Short-Term Letting on the rental and owner-occupier housing markets in the area, and its impact on housing affordability. In particular, we seek to understand the substitutability of properties used for Short-Term Letting (including holiday homes and investment properties) and owner-occupied homes and long-term rentals.
