T522425HUN - Supply & Delivery of Water Meters

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Supply & Delivery of Water Meters to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 21 months from 1 April 2025 to 31 December 2026 with a provision for a 12 month option.

Participating councils are Singleton Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 6 February 2025.

DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via online.

There will be no pre-tender meeting.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
