Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the construction of new footpaths and cycleways at two sites within the Shire which includes kerb & gutter, stormwater drainage and concrete footpaths of varying widths to Council standards.
Tenderers are to submit a tender based on the attached plans and documentation included within this RFT.
This tender should comprehensively cover all elements needed to manage and complete the work, including:
a. Pre-planning and preparation (e.g. pedestrian management and traffic control)
b. Material handling and disposal
c. Provision of skilled labour, tools, equipment and materials
d. Execution of work in a safe, high quality and efficient manner per Council's specifications and directions.
The two locations of the works will be Menangle and Buxton.
This is a lump sum contract.
