The existing Seawall at Rip Road Reserve is located on the foreshore of Brisbane Water at Blackwall. There are various ad hoc retaining structures along the length of the reserve and many of these are failing and now require rectification and upgrade. Central Coast Council is looking to engage a suitable qualified contractor to undertake the required works to rectify the wall.

Tender prices are to be submitted as a lump sum, with works expected to commence in September 2025 and be completed by January 2026.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.

A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held at 9:00am Wednesday, 30 July 2025. This will be held onsite at Rip Road Reserve.
