This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd (JLL) on behalf of our client the WA Department of Finance (DoF). JLL invites tenders for the provision of HVAC services for various government owned office buildings.

HVAC services will be provided at Albert Facey House.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: 13 June 2025
• Time: 15:30pm Perth, Western Australia
• Location: Albert Facey House, 469 Wellington St Perth, WA, 6000.

Recommend arrival 15:15 at Albert Facey House- to sign in.

The Respondent is requested to confirm their attendance by no later than:

No more than two representatives per company can be accommodated.

Failure to attend the "Request Briefing" will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

The Contract is proposed for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1 August 2025 until 31 August 2028. The Principal reserves the right to exercise two, one year extensions.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
