The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is seeking proficient and locally based providers to deliver Employment Placement Service (EPS) programmes for Central region.

The EPS programmes will support MSD clients with full time and part time work obligations to prepare for and achieve sustainable employment from July 2025 to June 2028.

Please note that this Advance Notice is NOT a tender process – it is simply a notification to the supply market that a procurement opportunity is forthcoming and provides some high-level details about the opportunity.

Further details about how to respond to the Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity will be included in the RFP document, which is intended to be released in late January 2025.
