Tender Description

The Works involve the supply of materials and full construction of all works in accordance with supplied Drawings, attached as Appendix B which includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following.

  • Prepare, implement, and monitor all required management plans.
  • Follow Georgetown council hold point requirement and start up meeting.
  • Implement site signage, security, and safety measures.
  • Prepare, implement, and regulate signage and construction traffic management measures as required for the undertaking of works.
  • Prepare, implement and regulate environmental protection measures.
  • Supply & install drainage system.
  • Supply, place, and compact road pavement materials.
  • Supply, place, and compact wearing course.
  • Supply and install Traffic signs.
  • Supply and paint line markings.
  • Landscaping of Nature strip and the walkway.
