Tender Description
City of Salisbury is seeking interest from registered not-for-profit community housing providers and/or specialist homelessness service providers that have the capacity to develop, maintain and manage the development site at Bagster Road, Salisbury North. This project is to deliver social, affordable and/or crisis housing in response to the current housing need of the City of Salisbury as well as required wrap around services to support tenants.
