The Public Sector Commission requires a supplier to provide:
- A modern central Jobs Board for public sector vacancies, offering a public facing platform where job seekers can access information about the sector, individual agencies and sector wide recruitment activities.
- A Talent Marketplace for capturing content rich job seeker profiles, outlining job seeking preferences and providing information to potential hiring managers about their skills and their professional backgrounds.
An off the shelf hosted solution with minimal customisations provided as ‘software as a service’ is sought.
