Project goals

Construction of Stage 1 of the Valla Urban Growth Area. Including potable water reticulation, sewerage, stormwater, electrical telecommunications, earthworks & roads infrastructure.

Scope

To develop 7.7Ha of industrial land for the purpose of sale. The works involve the construction of the following;

  • potable water reticulation,
  • sewerage,
  • stormwater,
  • electrical,
  • telecommunications,
  • earthworks, road infrastructure.
