Online course - Preparing for a hearing or conference.

⁠⁠⁠The Fair Work Commission (Commission) seeks to engage a service provider to design and produce an online learning course and accompanying materials targeted to self-represented parties, to help them prepare for and represent themselves at a Fair Work Commission hearing or conference.

The key deliverable for this project will be a custom self-paced online course on the topic of preparing for a hearing or conference. It will:

• leverage a range of immersive multimedia technology (including video and animation).
• use scenario-based learning activities to facilitate understanding and skill development.
• take the average learner approximately 25-30 minutes to complete.
• have a similar look and feel to the Commissions’ existing suite of online courses.
• be capable of deployment to our public facing Online Learning Portal.
• meet all other technical requirements as specified.
