This RFQ is to select a supplier to deliver the transition to Teams Phone for general telephony including - implementation, integration, PSTN access & services, and ongoing support.
Project goals
To replace LANSW's current telephony systems with Teams Phone, including the configuration and implementation of Teams phone into our current Teams environment, porting of current numbers, provision of PSTN services (telephony lines and call charges), provision of a business continuity solution and ongoing support.
Scope
Deliver the transition to Teams Phone for general telephony within Legal Aid NSW including:
• the implementation of Teams phone, including integration with the Genesys system via presence
• PSTN line access and services
• ongoing support
The video conferencing solutions are excluded from this project.
